Korea SEP Part VI

We went to Seoul forest park!
Autumn was approaching so it can get a little chilly at times.
Hence the jacket!
This was taken in the beginning of September!
Seasons changes fast in Korea.
Friends commented on how fast my layers of clothing changed within my mere months there.

There was a mini zoo! With deer!
But smelly!

Kept hanging out at all the children's playground to camwhore.

Pretty flowers blooming, signaling the end of summer, and the welcoming of autumn!

My favourite
Dak galbi!
chilli paste, chicken and fried rice.
Always must add the cheese. YUM YUM.
Spicy but still must eat. yipee!
the start of our cheongyecheon stream journey. the 5km long one.

Stopped by gwangjang market for lunchie.
a wet cum dry market

some pancake. very nice indeed.

almost dying fishes swimming upside down

a tad too salty in my opinion. but still worth a try.

performance as we continued our journey

Love padlocks. similar to the ones you will find on namsam tower

Korea SEP Part V

Poured heavily on Korea's independence day.
Like we literally got soaked. T.T
Went to one of the venues where apparently there was an event related to the independence day happening.
CROWDED.

Its basically just some bell chime ceremony

We got a flag each! YAY.

Off we went to Hongdae! The youngster's place!
Filled with many clubs and pubs too.
But our intention there was to go to the trick eye museum!
Korea subway station

My companions for the day.

Haha cute mummy show me over webcam my lion hat.
Should had brought  to korea. But my luggage couldn't fit anymore.
Thats all for now.

Korea SEP Part IV

One random weekend, boon leng and I went shopping at Ewha's women university streets!
I vaguely remember being there in 2008 during nj ksa korea exchange!
It was winter then and i clearly rmb there was nothing to buy.
Few years down the road with a different companion, didnt find much to buy either.
Maybe too guilty bringing a guy to a place with few selection of guys clothings.
Like i conned him to go there with me. hoho.
Clothes are cheap BUT there are cheaper and nicer ones
at gangnam underground station!
But anyway note to self that ewha women university area has cheap hair salons!
I did my magic(hair straightening) and hair colouring for 130,000 won!
Less than $150 sgd in total. muahahaha.
Good quality also.
Eat a few mouths then realised forgot to take picture. OOPS.

Oh holy. shop full of leopard PREEEENs

Our group excursion to gyeongbukgong the national museum.

Too cheapo to buy entrance ticket into palace. See palace from outside instead.

And we walked all the way to itaewon. Quite near but probably need to walk 15 minutes.

We ate Hotteok! Some sweet bun inside with peanut and syrup thingy.
All at 1000 won each!
Nice nice! But its freaking hot.

Who wants to open this stall in Singapore?
Think there's a market for this. haha.
Singapore, anything food.
Signing off.

Mugging on a Good Friday

Mugging in school on a Good Friday!
Never explored this part of utown before!
Really conducive! Me likes.
But hard to find tables and chairs.
All the muggers come chop seats early!
But the tables have plug point and cable point!
Useful useful. No more worries about no plug points!

We got a little crazy trying to lick the snow flakes! HAHA.

Having fun playing with our "twins'

keke
more camwhores!
